Tuesday 7pm-8pm: Hatha Yoga & Meditation (Beginners & improvers)
This Mindful yoga class is specifically designed for people new to yoga, returning to yoga, or simply working on your ability. We take you slowly, with detailed guidance, through the foundational yoga poses (asana) and breath work (pranayama). This helps you to build up your confidence and strength at your own pace, and ensures you practice safely, whilst building body awareness and Mindfulness skills.
Tuesday 8.15pm-9.30pm: Energetic Flow Yoga (Level 1-2)
Likened to ‘a yoga dance’ and similar to Vinyasa Flow, this is a more dynamic flowing style of practice, harmonising breath and movement to give strength, grace and freedom. Suitable for those comfortable with yoga asana, and a medium to good level of fitness, each posture flows into the next, creating warmth and energy in your body. This is an enjoyable and energetic practice, ideal for maintaining fitness, a healthy weight, strengthening your body and focusing your mind
Wednesday 10am - 11.15am: Meditative Yoga Flow (All levels)
This gorgeous style of yoga introduces a gentle rhythmic flow, through mindful flowing sequences. This class is recommended for students who are interested in exploring a more movement-oriented class. This class is suitable for all levels of experience, though familiarity with the foundational Yoga postures is an advantage. Focusing on the present moment using breath, movement, and meditation you will leave this class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.
Fee structure: 6 class pass €90; 12 class pass €150; Drop in €18.
