Carla Caiceo-Wolleter

Carla Caiceo-Wolleter Carla was born and raised in Dublin with both parents from Chile. She lives in Newry, Northern Ireland. She has a masters from Queens University Belfast in Biomolecular Structure and Function. She has been practicing yoga in Dublin, Belfast, Wicklow and Newry for over 8 years.

Her aim in life is simple, to be happy and present every day. Yoga plays a significant part in her life in keeping this dream alive.

At the beginning She tried all sorts of yoga classes, her goals were only physical but about four years ago She started looking to yoga practice for more. So She took a step back to go forward with her practice. Her relationship with yoga got stronger and stronger with every obstacle She encountered as part of life. It helped her see difficult situations through, especially since she’s prone to depression.

She is passionate about spreading the good news, and likes to quote K. Pattabhi Jois – “Practice, practice, practice and all is coming!” She knows that practicing yoga has a whole world of health benefits and She’d love to share her knowledge in a fun and individual way.

Carla was appointed the Director of Yoga Alliance International for Northern Ireland by Swami Vidyanand President and Founder of Yoga Alliance International in July 2015
